Yeini Guardia is the coordinator for the Geriatric Assessment Program (GAP) and the GHC + Eisner Geriatric Clinic under the Geriatric Healthcare Collective grant. These clinical programs are focused on the health assessment and care of older adults with complex medical needs using an interdisciplinary team based approach. Yeini also assists the Interprofessional Geriatrics Curriculum program coordinator by facilitating sessions dedicated to teaching health care professional students about older adults.
Yeini graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention with a minor in Psychology.
She enjoys running, traveling, photography and spending time with her family and her silver lab Bruno.
