The USC Geriatrics Healthcare Collective Program (GHC) is a comprehensive interprofessional geriatric primary care-based assessment and training program with an emphasis on interprofessional training and team-based care. The focus is on improving recognition and care for patients who have cognitive impairment or have a dementia diagnosis, and who, in addition, have significant medical co-morbidities. GHC is a collaborative program between the following divisions and schools at USC: Keck School of Medicine, School of Social Work, Division of Physician Assistant Studies, School of Pharmacy, Mrs. T.H. Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, and Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy.
