Carolyn Kaloostian, MD, MPH,
assistant Professor of Clinical Family & Geriatric Medicine.
Role in the GWEP Program: Dr. Kaloostian is the geriatrician working within the
interprofessional Geriatric Assessment Program (GAP clinic) at the KECK USC
Health Sciences Campus. She also is a facilitator of the Interprofessional
Geriatric Curriculum (IPGC). She is part of the interprofessional team
providing Pre-Operative geriatric evaluation, optimization, and communication
with the patients’ primary care team.
