Christina Penate is a Clinical Research Program Manager who provides both programmatic support and content development to multiple grants including the Geriatric Healthcare Collective. With a masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and a concentration in Latina/o elder care her experience as a clinical therapist and project manager is vital to creating strategies that help expand the geriatric workforce and provide innovative training programs to healthcare professionals.
Role in GWEP: She provides critical direction over day to day operations, budget management as well as research development.
